Steven Fast is a B.C.-born and -raised realtor with more than two decades of experience. The principal of Paradigm, which he co-founded in 1994, he is also a property owner, developer and landlord who lives and works in Vancouver.

Steven graduated with a BComm from UBC, majoring in urban land economics in 1990, and has been working in the leasing and sales of commercial properties since 1988. He has been a licensed realtor through the Real Estate Council of British Columbia from 1990 until the present.

Steven is on the board of Atira Property Management, a for-profit organization whose profits entirely support the Atira Women's Resource Society. He is on the board of the Strathcona Business Improvement Association. And on the lighter side of things, he coaches community youth and high school soccer, and plays in the Metro Vancouver Soccer League.
